Returns, cancellations and order problems

Our products are printed to order. Please check the size guide, colour, design and delivery address before ordering. Contact ranibaba264@gmail.com with your order number for any request.

Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with clear photographs and a description. Please report problems within 30 days of delivery where possible so that we can submit a claim to our fulfillment partner. For a missing package, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. These reporting requests do not shorten any statutory warranty or other mandatory consumer rights.

We will investigate and provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law. You will not be charged return postage for a confirmed defect or an item we supplied incorrectly. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions.

Change of mind, size and colour

Where applicable law does not require a change-of-mind return, we do not offer discretionary returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or colour, or simply changing your mind. A replacement order in those circumstances is a new purchase. This restriction does not apply to a legally required right of withdrawal, a defect, or an incorrect item.

Cancellation or address changes

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to stop or change an order before production starts. Once production or shipping has begun, an operational change may no longer be possible. This does not remove any cancellation or withdrawal right provided by applicable law. We will explain any agreed additional delivery costs before proceeding.

EU and EEA withdrawal rights, where applicable

If you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, you may notify us without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receive the last item in your order. Send an unambiguous statement to the email above identifying your name and order. Selecting a standard size, colour or catalogue design does not by itself remove this right.

After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days using the instructions we provide. You bear the direct cost of a change-of-mind return where applicable law permits and this cost allocation was disclosed before purchase. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You may inspect and try on the product as you would in a shop; you may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

We will refund amounts required by law, including standard outbound delivery where required, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first, where permitted. Additional costs of an upgraded delivery service are not refunded unless required by law.

Brazil and other mandatory local rights

Customers in Brazil may exercise the applicable seven-day right of withdrawal. Mandatory cancellation, return, delivery-cost and warranty rights in your country take precedence over any restriction in this policy. We do not treat all printed-to-order products as automatically exempt from those rights.

Refunds and return instructions

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when the funds appear. Do not send an item to a fulfillment facility without obtaining the correct return instructions. Contacting us for instructions does not prevent you from giving a valid withdrawal notice within the legal deadline.

This policy applies to purchases made after its publication. Earlier orders retain the terms and mandatory rights applicable when they were placed.
