Returns and order problems

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and a description. We investigate with our fulfillment partner and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for confirmed problems. For an order that has not arrived, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Sizes, colours and change of mind

Products are printed to order. Check the size guide and options before ordering. We do not offer automatic size or colour exchanges. Cancellation and return requests, including change of mind, are handled in accordance with the consumer rights that apply in your country. Your mandatory rights are not limited by this policy.

Contact us promptly to request a cancellation or address correction. Once production or shipping has started, a change may no longer be possible. Any additional shipping cost will be explained before you agree to it.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank determines when funds appear. We provide return instructions when a return is required; do not return items without contacting us first.
